•    No refunds will be issued if a cancellation is not submitted at least 24 hours before the first class of the session.

    •    Refunds or credits will not be granted for missed classes, no-shows, schedule conflicts, vacations, or changes in personal circumstances.

    •    Once the session has begun, all payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.

    •    In the event of weather conditions, facility issues, or instructor emergencies, classes may be rescheduled at the discretion of Lily Pad Leapers Gymnastics.

    •    Refunds are not issued for rescheduled classes; however, make-up options may be offered when possible.

•    Participants must follow all gym rules, safety guidelines, and instructor directions.

    •    Disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from class without refund.

    •    A parent/guardian must remain accessible by phone during class in case of emergency (if applicable).

    •    By participating, you grant permission for non-identifying photos or videos of classes to be used for business social media and marketing purposes.

    •    If you do not want your child included, you must notify us in writing before the session begins.

   •    Families are responsible for checking the email used during registration for class updates, weather notices, schedule changes, and important information.
